We deal with all kinds of RMG washing that includes; wet process, dry process and special effects. We are proud to introduce ourselves as an established, sophisticated and most modern washing plant, creating fusions with fashion for stylish wear in combination with texture, color along with versatile washing effects for Men, Women and Children. Compliance Washing Plant is situated at 13/7, KaziKadruzzaman Road, Earshad Nagar, Tongi, Gazipura, Gazipur-1704.
The plant is equipped with the world’s premium quality machineries and latest technology. These machineries are imported from Taiwan, Hong Kong & China. Compliance Washing Plant is run by highly skilled technicians and management team with over 20 years of industry leading experience. Our team includes dedicated professionals from a diverse range of technical and educational backgrounds, who are always committed to their assignments.
The working environment of the factory is very much congenial with a neat and clean atmosphere. Utilities such as; electricity, gas and water supply (with two submersible pumps) including all other logistics supports are available round the clock. The factory has its own generator imported from Germany to continue working in the event of power failure. We also have our own water treatment plant (WTP) and effluent treatment plant (ETP). We have an arrangement of regular health check up for our employees. We do have top quality modern boilers imported from South Korea.
Our company’s first and foremost commitment is to ensure clients satisfaction. Keeping up to date with the latest technology, trend, innovation and quality control are few of them to keep our standard above others. We are fully equipped with a modern laboratory room to innovate and improve the washing quality. Our weight balances are all computerized. As of February 2021, our production capacity is currently around 40,000 pieces each day.
We are approved by the BSCI, SADEX, OCS, GOTS, Primark, BEPI and BEPI.
